- Timeline management, saving any slippage in tasks and setting more transparent expectations on when tasks can be completed and signed off.
- Increase in document retention so it's all in one place.
I personally use monday.com to manage my projects and daily agenda, including bigger projects. It really helps manage my timelines, understand the extent of completion, any updates on the work and send store the data.

- Date Calendar that we can update the tasks' completion.
The design is very well made. What might seem like an overload of colour initially soon becomes a positive element because you can better coordinate the tasks and group them based on the colour. The structure and UX are also very easy to move around. I personally break the tasks down as bigger projects and daily tasks and the best part of monday.com is that you can link daily tasks to bigger projects.
