Monday.com is being used by my department, not by everyone at Harvard University. It helped us to maintain communication and organization before COVID, but has helped even more during COVID because we're all working remotely.

- Useful and easy to follow tutorials. I love that the tutorials are easy to find and follow.
- I would like an option to create spreadsheets similar to how a spreadsheet looks on Excel. There are some spreadsheets that I would like created on monday.com, but monday.com will not adapt to what we want the spreadsheet to look like.
The monday.com features work as designed. We have never had issues with the reliability of monday.com. It's always worked and was available whenever needed it. That is really important to us because we have so many projects/initiatives that we're working on at once that we don't have time for monday.com to stop working on us. We need to be able to access information quickly and monday.com allows us to do that.
