Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Monday.com is an outstanding tool for project management and task management. My favorite view is the Kanban view, but it is extremely flexible. It also has a bunch of collaboration tools for teams, but I am the only user in my company.

Usability

The interface takes a bit of time to get used to, but once you understand it, it is really simple to navigate and use. Also, they have a very active YouTube channel and help section with useful tutorial videos for beginners and power users alike.

Everyone I have interacted with at monday.com has been helpful, friendly, and responsive.

Reliability & Availability

I have never experienced downtime with monday.com yet! It has been very reliable. I only wish it had better offline support for times when I have limited or no connectivity.
