Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We set up job boards, assign technicians fast job notifications and long term goal completions. Our inside sales/project managers have their own divisions so we can see what we are looking at as well. The Layout of (Job/Sales order number, Sales Rep the job belongs to, If the job is Quoted/being worked on/awaiting parts, Date the job came in, and the Folder in which the paper work sits) really helps keep us organized.
- organization of data
- fast look color schemes to notify what stage work is at
- identifying where our paperwork, or job information can be found.
- Things look great from my end.
- Places on the left of the data strip to grab and move, when data is too long for the grab tool to access easily.
- nothing else I can think of.
- organization
- cooperation
- visibility
It's made communication easier.

monday.com & Collaboration
Salesmen gather the information we need to bill and create tickets for orders, and of that information, we stack onto our Mondays.com interface for our guys in the back. Our guys now know if we have parts in, if a job can start or if they need to evaluate something a customer brought in.
10
It helps us to know which stages our projects are in. It helps my foreman in our shop area, know where his workers are within their projects, and it helps my manager with meetings both, with my guys in the back, and his higher ups on how well the company is doing.
Using monday.com
50 - Salesmen getting information to our Techs and Shop guys, to our owners, needing to know what work we have at each shop.
50 - We all contribute to the success of our organization of information. We all need to be a part of it or it wouldn't work.
- information passing
- stages of work to do
- listing of work to be done.
- keeping track of paper work
- reminders of how long jobs have been untouched
- seeing who is able to be moved onto a project due to workload
