Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

My company uses monday.com to track progress on design projects from start to finish. We also use it as a way to communicate to our national co-workers for approving design packages, giving feedback, and critiques. It helps to cut out the unnecessary people on a project and get straight to the heart of what matters. I think the program is amazing b/c of the transparency it allows your entire team to have on the timelines of your projects.

  • UI/UX is fresh and attractive, it makes me want to use it more!

  • Menus and submenus are hidden sometimes
  • Maybe bold some fonts to stand out more
  • Cut project time in half at least

Because I've never utilized such an easy interface with so many customizable parts before. We used Jira at my old company to manage projects and it was terrible and clunky compared to this. I feel like I've been upgraded from a Mazda to the Mercedes S-Class and I have zero complaints!
I've never personally used this feature but I think Enterprise users having their own customer service number feels special and exclusive. I like the fact that we have our own number to call if we have any issues with the software, having a resident expert is always comforting instead of relying on other coworkers.
Again, overall performance has nearly cut our process and delivery time in half I cannot say this enough. Utilizing this software and upgrading made the design department 100% more efficient and transparent in the workspace. I don't think I'll ever be able to use another management software after being spoiled by monday.com

One particular example I can think of that stands out is when I needed immediate feedback from someone in our NYC office. I wrote up the question and was able to tag them by user and a she responded within 30 mins from NY to FL, simply amazing! It cuts out the middle man and all the small talk!
