Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use monday.com to manage our cast corporate wide projects down to our smaller projects. I have been using it to track vulnerabilities in our systems that needed to be taken care of and assigned each one out to relevant staff. It has made tracking our progress, validating results, and finishing needed tasks much easier.

Pros and Cons

Notifies users when projects and tasks are due.
Makes it easy to assign tasks to individual users or groups.
Makes it easy to track progress on projects and needs.

It would be nice to convert an email into a task in monday.com

Return on Investment

I can say more work gets done, more efficiently.

Usability

I think it is very ease to use and understand. monday.com is mostly self-explanatory in its use and function.

Support Rating

Very rarely need support but when something arises they are quick to respond.

Reliability & Availability

While I have been using monday.com I have never had a moment where it was unavailable or inaccessible. We expect and experience that it is there when we need it.

monday.com is very well suited for everyday tasks as well as tasks that occur annually or monthly. We have been happy with how it helps us track projects of all sizes and shapes within our company. We also run meetings, create agendas, and follow through with tasks from meetings within monday.com. monday.com has made our work progress quicker, more reliably, and with greater thoroughness.

monday.com has a dumb name but a great product.
