I give this web based software a 10 because it is simple and very customizable to our company.
We have not used Monday support as it is not required the web based software is very easy to configure to your requirements.

We use Monday for expense recording, subscription recording, pre purchased customer orders, order follow up tracking, account payables on big customer orders, also use Monday for RMA customers. This platform does wonders for everything we need with so little requirement to download software since it is web based. Definitely strongly recommend.
