Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I’ve used monday.com to organize my work, whether it is working or done. So far I did not encounter any problems with it except when it’s on updating I need to take time to wait but not that long and updates are worth it. My scope for using it is to manage the items for clients and some cases for the projects' statuses.

I give it a 10 because what I experienced on the platform, keeps shining to the management and it gives a higher ROI to the company as it helps improve the task flow. The templates are more than just a template to an employee because it gives the satisfaction of my projects and I can manage the due date for my every task.
I give it a 9 because even though I did not experience contact with your customer support my managers did and they opened up to me that you're very easy to chat with and very responsive. Some other points, I saw a lot of reviews about your platform's customer service that they are good at resolving problems and answering questions.
The platform monday.com has had a big impact on my work because I am eager to finish my assigned tasks. After all, due dates are literally set up and also the priorities projects can attend. Although the company has no time tracker but as an employee I can't skip any of the time for work because it's tracked by the workflows that the platform has.

I think monday.com is a great starting point for anyone unfamiliar with the platform and eager to learn about its application in a business setting. It's very nice and I love it to use because it helps me a lot to organize the workflow and other projects that I have with my senior managers. And also it's easy to use and understand.
