Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
I use monday.com to track and delegate tasks. Manage projects and workflow. I utilize this program to keep track of the phases of my projects, so I know when to order products, when phases are complete, when to bill, add project address, keep track of on-site contacts, add photos and schedules. I also use this to keep track of backlogs and how much is in my backlog and how many projects I am handling. Keeping up this information also allows others to see the status of the project and my backups can get updated information when I am out to help. The installers can even look at maps to see where the projects are which helps us schedule for the week. My territory consists of three different states, and I have each project broke down by territories. This program has been a huge asset for our department and has helped us tremendously. Very user friendly and much more organized than any program we have used in the past. I highly recommend this program to anyone trying to keep track of multiple projects.

monday.com has had a few glitches where the program is offline and not available but for the most part it has been very reliable. In the last few years, I believe I have only had less than a handful of times that the program was not available, which is pretty good compared to other programs that I have used in the past.
