Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I use monday.com to manage and track employee allocations across all projects. This provides us with a source of truth for everyone, accountability for team allocations and overlaps, and accurate reporting on availability and over allocations.
  • Efficient filtering options
  • Intuitive design/user friendly
  • Real-time updates across views
  • Multiple view options
  • Reporting views
  • Lag time when loading pages needs significant improvement
  • The information that can be filtered into widgets can be limiting
  • It would be so helpful to have formula choices in a dropdown with a cheat sheet of what they can do
  • Allowing weekends to be enabled or disabled per individual
  • Time savings
  • Reporting and Data
I think the usability is very intuitive; however, I think there are so many things the platform does that are less obvious to someone who isn't familiar with formulas and customizations. It would be helpful to have more available options for these detailed nuances to the average user who might be less experienced.
The support we have received has been timely, but more times than not, our Program Manager actually solved the issue first and taught the monday.com support what the issue was rather than the other way around.
I love using monday.com. I think it's a fantastic work management software. I do look forward to continued improvements as there are still some things that can be optimized.

  • any business/individual who is looking to track finances against billable and non-billable employees

  • businesses/individuals who are looking to track one basic project with a small team
