Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Monday.com has allowed me to keep more organized, streamline closing checklists, and track projects more clearly and easier. It certainly has contributed to an improvement in organization and tracking of projects beyond what we were able to do with excel, word, and other office products.

Pros and Cons

Great user interface
Lots of choices for widgets and templates
Easy to share boards and information

Getting started is a bit challenging
It would be nice to be able to save dashboard templates and have filters carry over

Return on Investment

It has saved a significant amount of time producing project closing checklists
Setting everything up took a fair amount of time

Usability

It really is an easy to use intuitive interface. Anyone that has utilized Microsoft products and the web can step right into it. Getting into the deeper parts of the monday.com experience, it still is pretty intuitive. Some options are buried a bit but are still pretty simply to find. The training videos/YouTube certainly help as well.

Support Rating

Have not had to use support much but when I have it has been great.

Reliability & Availability

In the last year I have not experienced any issues with monday.com being down or unreliable. It has been great.

Likelihood to Recommend

Using it for covering transactions as a checklist tool has proven to work very well. This is a little bit outside the general use it seems, but we have implemented it and enjoy its ease of use, quick access to information, and ability to share information.
