Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use it to keep track of projects. So we use it with schools since we photographed schools we keep track of what schools have been processed received their picture packages, etc..

  • Certain automation is lacking. For example, I would like the ability to add a date and then it’ll automatically calculate the due date for me certain calculations like this I feel are lacking or are not user-friendly.
  • I really wish there was a customer service number with life customer and support or Live chat
  • I would like it to be a little more user-friendly
  • Keeping track of schools once they’re photographed
  • Keeping track of packages once we’ve sent them out
  • Good project management
It’s not the most complicated thing, but I feel like certain automations could be more simple
I feel they should offer either live chat or phone support for all paying customers
