Overall Satisfaction with monday marketer
The Marketing department utilizes Monday to facilitate and track all of our projects and tasks throughout the company.
Pros
- Tracking deadlines
- Provides detailed information to other users
- Notifies others of the progress of a project or task
- Allows users to isolate tasks by the individual
- Archives all projects and tasks automatically
- Allows users to attach files (i.e., PDFs, Microsoft Office, etc) to a subsection
- Segregates departments or clients into campaigns
Cons
- The browser version uses a good deal of CPU/RAM memory
- Difficult to track time and expenses
- Menu options can get deep into selecting subtasks
- Reduces group meeting times
- Mobile app works well on the go
- Can be RAM intensive if using the software on a browser
Both Asana and Slack worked well for their perspective purposes; pricing became an issue with larger groups.
