Overall Satisfaction with monday sales CRM

Monday.com CRM has been the best choice for a startup of our size, allowing us to efficiently manage the relationship with hundreds of organizations through our first year. As opposed to other CRM tools, the onboarding time was short, and the engagement metrics of our internal team were super high.

  • Managing subtasks and next steps with each prospect
  • Keeping notes and updates from engagements
  • Capturing communication via multiple channels
Monday.com CRM is a much better fit than Google Workspace, which is very generic and less appropriate
