Overall Satisfaction with monday sales CRM

Monday helps us to manage efficiently sales process and do follow-up of communication with companies. It helps us to effectively track managers' activities, provide sales, and close sales. The main business problem that helps us solve monday is tracking managers communications with customers. Every communication with potention customers is tracked in monday account

  • Make it easy to use for newcomers

  • Creating new cards are sometimes little messy to understand

Earlier we were using other software to but I can not remember the name of it. For sure I remember that using other sofwtawers where not as effective as Monday is. Monday really brings very good value for companys future development and we will continue using it for loonger period unless better software appears on market with all in one capability

I think there are options where usability for new employees are realy easy, but somehow I notice that they do not feel very engaged from the begining and still they need mote time to adapt because sometimes they prefer to use old methos of tracking like exel files or note taking. They are good too but adapting to new platform is efficient way of working for them too
I have never had an issue so that I had to contact monday CRM. But I guess if I will need it experience will be very smooth as I have feeling that they are very attentive toward their customers. The issues I have when working in monday I try to solve by myslef
I still have to understand how bigger scope is working, after experiencing full potential maybe it is possible to increase how monday is good for companies values. at this moment monday is only used for tracking managers activities to customers and besides this we still have to use other software's for communications with our employees.
