Overall Satisfaction with monday sales CRM
We use monday.com for everything from onboarding new hires to tech support requests and projects to the CRM to manage our partnerships. Primarily, I build out processes within monday.com for other members of my team to use. Most recently, we've built out a training tracking board that is keeping the process of HIPAA and CyberSecurity compliance automated and up-to-date.
Pros
- Marking and sorting things by stages
- Automation that gets rid of a lot of busywork
- Visual cues and color coordination
Cons
- Interconnectivity between the boards is present but not fleshed out - I'd love updates on one board to change things on another.
- There's no "hide" feature - like, I do not want to delete this thing but also do not need to see it daily
- Forms can add a new item but cannot update an existing item, which would be ideal - like with a drop-down to select the item in question? That would be so cool!
- Specifically for equipment tracking, we have been able to build an interactive and extensive database tracking all devices owned by the company in a predominantly remote workforce and decreased loss in that area
- The onboarding process has been simplified and automated to communicate to all parties involved with minimal interaction. Building out an API would be next! Saves a ton of time in this process and minimizes mistakes.
- In a start-up environment with shifting priorities, task management in monday.com makes sure things don't disappear entirely as the landscape changes.
The primary benefit of monday.com is the flexibility. Other productivity management platforms do basically one thing, and that's all. Monday.com really does ten things and it does them pretty well. The best thing about that is that the ten different services all communicate with each other, so you can truly build an end-to-end process.
