Overall Satisfaction with Monetate

We use Monetate to conduct A/B tests and optimize from those results. We also use the tool to make quick changes to the site when we notice a customer issue. We use the tool to email customers tailored offers. We also use the tool to collect regional data across the country.
  • The product gives you the ability to make quick changes to your site without needing IT assistance
  • You have the ability to make the changes yourself, and not wait on Monetate support
  • If you need Monetate support, it is always available.
  • It takes Monetate a week and a half to build actions if we'd like their support to do so. A faster turnaround would be much more convenient.
  • Ability to test different things that deal with conversion. We're able to see key metrics in each campaign right away.
I haven't used any other products with a similar capability.
Monetate is a valuable testing tool.
You should ask if you ever need to make quick updates to your site. You should ask if you would benefit from the ability to A/B test different scenarios on your site.You should ask if you have a person who is able to understand HTML and CSS in order to go in the tool and make changes more quickly than waiting on Monetate support.
