Overall Satisfaction with MS SharePoint / SQL
MS SharePoint/SQL is being used to store all of our documents company-wide. We switched to MS Sharepoint from hard copies of everything; this has made things easier as to file as important documents do not get lost and are easy to find at the tip of your fingers.
- Searching is very easy with SharePoint.
- Very user-friendly.
- Easy to navigate.
- Customer service times can be bothersome.
- Since it is internet based it can't be 100% reliable, but you will have that problem with any cloud based storage.
