Overall Satisfaction with Net-Results

Net-Results is used by myself and the marketing team. However, we're working with the sales team to manage great marketing automation campaigns according to their needs. What have we've done since last year? Automatic segmentation, qualification and nurturing campaigns for inbound leads and to reactivate our customers database. We've also managed notifications and reports to give the opportunity to salesmen to be on time for any critical trigger.
  • Segmentation: Very powerful either behavioural on our websites and nurturing campaigns or based on data from our CRM.
  • Service & Support: Net-Results support team is very accessible and action-oriented.
  • Price: For all those functionalities? No better price.
  • Product enhancement: Updates with new useful features very often.
  • Social Networks: We have today the equivalent of a buffer. But I heard that is gonna be enhanced very soon!
  • A lack in materials (examples of use).
  • Time saved by salesteam: at least divided by 2!
  • Lead management: I think we don't forget to communicate and follow any of our inbound leads anymore.
Net-Results is much easier to use, I'd say some other softwares can be guesswork. All the features of the big marketing automation softwares are included in Net-Results. And don't even try to compare prices!
Buy Net-Results for any kind of use you expect from marketing automation software. The only thing you may ask yourself is how important is social networks data? If it's core in your business, wait until the end of 2015 to select Net-Results when they'll have enhanced this feature!

The most important is product usability: having plenty of features but in a guesswork is useless. With Net-Results everything is clear and easy to use. Ok, you don't have the wow effect when you open the application, it's not moving in every side of your screen, but you clearly see where is what and you can run fast to what you look for.
I would have to make a choice again? I wouldn't change anything. Most important things are features, use of them and the budget you have for your tool. Don't think about brand names, it's just marketing you'll have to pay, it's not a feature.
