Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

Our company has Nextiva phone service for a long time . Last year I started managing all our operations and I had to change and update some information on our phone center and the support and prompt response from Nextiva was great . Fast phone call response , friendly customer service assistance and follow up later for any doubt or trouble after .

  • Options of Different types of automatic voicemails
  • Options for a different voice of the default greeting for the voicemail.

Call center schedule works fine . WE have never had a system failure where we have to stay off line . Each user dashboard it is very complete and easy to read and use for each employee .
Each employee its able to change or update the personal greeting , change of schedule or information .
