Help to review customer service provided by my employees and increase ability to close sales by filling in gaps of required product knowledge.
- Easy to filter and find certain calls
- Easy to use interface
- Interface is relatively easy but could still use some improvement, initial learning curve could be easier
- Positive impact, i don't have hard numbers though unfortuantely
