Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

Help to review customer service provided by my employees and increase ability to close sales by filling in gaps of required product knowledge.
  • Easy to filter and find certain calls
  • Easy to use interface
  • Interface is relatively easy but could still use some improvement, initial learning curve could be easier
  • Positive impact, i don't have hard numbers though unfortuantely

  • I did not have a ton of of ways it was unexpected. The looking up previous calls I found very useful
I believe we will be renewing it. It is a very useful service
