Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

We use it to call existing clients.
  • Simplicity
  • Reliable
  • Great customer service
  • Continuously improving
  • Occasionally, previous numbers called don't show immediately
  • While using speaker on a call and a call comes in ring is loud in call
  • They have less issues allowing us to be on the phone more
  • Very simple to use so we have to spend minimal time training new people

We have way less issues with Nextiva Business Phone Service than we have with other phone systems. They have great customer service that you don't dread having to call when you need help. We really appreciate that you can see they are constantly trying to improve all aspects of their company.
