I use The Nextiva Business Phone Service service at work for making calls to clients. When i work remote i use the app on my cellphone and it work seamlessly.I'm happy to be apart of this team that uses Nextiva Business Phone Service

Changing the auto attendant..

Cons

Bluetooth volume on the app,
Sometimes on the app my call drops after 11min
Transferring from app to cell phone fails at times.

Nextiva Business Phone Service is a VOIP solution that allowed us to keep our existing phone number while eventually transitioning away from a physical device system to a phone tree that forwards to our mobile devices with app integration to answer and make outbound phone calls from our business line wherever we need to.
