Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use the phone system for phone, fax and texting. The problem for me was the price. If I wanted all those features the cost was too high for a small business.

Pros and Cons

The sound quality is clear
You can easily transfer calls back and forth from the land line to a cell phone.
You can text for no additional cost

Since
the time I signed up I was contacted with step by step instructions of what to
expect, and what to do. They had someone walk me through the set up and showed
me how to make changes on my own. If I had any questions with anything I had a
person assigned to me (Anastatia) who would email and call me regularly to make
sure I was all squared away with my services.
