We switched from Comcast years ago in search of a product with less downtime and a better ability to configure. We use Nextiva as a call center to auto-manage incoming customer calls. This service replaces the need to answer every call and automatically sends the call to the right person who can best help the customer. We can easily use the online portal to manage our call center and make changes 'on the fly'.

We switched for better uptime, ease of use, and better tech support and got all that from Nextiva. We were constantly losing connection with our previous provider, a package service for internet and phone. The web portal is much easier to use, and the call center offers many more features.
