Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

We use Nextiva for all our phone and chat needs. We are able to use the app to read and review our messages as well as chat with our customers. This has cut down on time consuming tasks. We can better prioritize our business call and texting flows with ease. The app itself gives more information at a glance which makes it faster at responding. We are able to text with team members and customers, making correspondence on time. The phone calls I receive are clearer than our last vendor that we used. The price of Nextiva blows other competitors out of the water. Nextiva customer service is awesome. They walked us through the entire setup with no problems. We were able to setup each station within five minutes.

Nextiva is the best phone service that we have encountered. The calls are clean and clear. We can transfer calls at ease whether it be to and individual or to the individual's voice mail. The Nextiva app allows us to see messages, missed calls, and chats at a glance. With an option to read messages with ease. The overall setup only took 5 minutes per phone. The Nextiva IT team was able to setup all of our call lines and forwarding that we needed for our business. The overall price and installation cannot be beat by the competition.

Although we've only had Nextiva for a few months, it has helped our business with prioritizing correspondence. We can now open the app and view all of our calls and messages. The phone service itself is clearer than our last phone service. Transferring calls are made easy. We like that we can transfer calls to voicemail when the receiving person is busy. Nextiva has allowed a smooth transition to the VOIP phone system, with minimal setup. With Nextiva's customer service and the price, Nextiva is the best we could have chosen for our phones and correspondence needs.
