Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

We use it as our main customer service line as well as for communication between our employees. Our retail customers also give it out to their customers for customer support.
  • Call Transfers.
  • Text Messaging.
  • Multi-user platform.
  • There are a lot of restarts needed
  • Too many updates.
  • Drops calls
  • We have high customer service ratings
  • It works well with a growing staff
  • The after hours and busy settings help keep customers happy until someone is available.

For companies that have large number of employees it works well for inter-company communication. It is also easy to use for our customer service team taking calls and transferring calls.
