Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

Great experience with the Onboarding Process. The team of individuals that were assigned to our new service were very knowledgeable - and the customer service center provides solutions for new customers with the learning curve of a new system. Office Manager
  • Provided a solution to transfer calls to other extensions.
  • Onboarding team provided additional information for fax services.
  • Onboarding team followed up every couple of days during the installation.
  • Provide a Transfer button to transfer call internally to other team members.
  • Have not experienced the positive or negative impact yet. Only had the system for 1 1/2 months.
