Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Nextiva for Voip phone service. Voice calls, voicemail, and fax.

Pros and Cons

Ease of changing voicemail messages.
Ease of using mobile app
Ease of making changes such as which phone rings and where

Had a little trouble with changing office greeting this past Christmas and New Years. Customer service had to help me. Hopefully they got that fixed though.
I understand Nextiva doesn't integrate with AgencyZoom.

Return on Investment

Everything from voice calls, voicemail, fax, mobile app, ect. helps increase my business. Call recording is something I will need to use in the near future.

I called recently to add a phone number to my account. Needed to assign that number to a phone and get the Caller ID corrected. Customer service helped me complete this task with ease.

Nextiva is great. Customer Service is Outstanding.
