Overall Satisfaction with NICE CXone (formerly NICE inContact)

I love NICE inContact now known as NICE CXone! It makes my life at work way easier and it has a nice layout. It is being used [by] the majority of my company in many departments. It helps us connect with our customers and it's super easy to use. Learning how to use it was a breeze and we just love it!

  • Convenient.
  • Freezes.
  • Color theme.
We don't customize and it really hasn't effect[ed] us.
