Overall Satisfaction with NICE CXone (formerly NICE inContact)

I don't know if it's used in the whole organization but it is used in all the Algv Departme[n]t that has a lo[t] of people involved.
  • The calls are really good.
  • The transfer system is easy.
  • Is great that you can see all the people available in your same team.
  • Maybe to have a little tutorial of the basic stuff you can do with it.
  • How simple is it t[o] manage and work with everything is something really great about it.
I don't really know the difference between our platform and the other ones, but I like ours.
Because its usabili[t]y is really nice.
NICE CXone, because it gives you a lot of options of the frequent thing[s] that would happen.

I have been having some really nice calls with the client, is very easy to handle once you know every[t]hing, like tra[n]sfer calls and everything you need inside NICE CXone.
