Overall Satisfaction with Olo

We are a 6-unit restaurant group. We utilize Olo as an integrated online ordering solution. We utilize Mealtime and Catering ordering channels. We use RAILS to inject 3rd party orders directly into POS. We also use dispatch as a means of providing delivery as an option for our customers.

Olo needs better menu support for brands with separate lunch and dinner menus. This is a huge pain point for us. Also, Dispatch is great when things go well, but not great when things go wrong with drivers. Catering is great but could be better if self-delivery was an option without the use of 3rd party fleet management requirements.
