Overall Satisfaction with Olo

Before Olo, the cafe had 4 to 5 separate tablets (one for each 3rd party deliverer) As orders came in on these tablets, the cashier had to enter each of these orders into our POS system. This was time-consuming and took the cashier away from our in-cafe guests. With Olo, we have gotten rid of all the tablets. The orders from each 3rd party deliverer now come directly into our POS system. Cafe staff can immediately start preparing the orders as they automatically pop up on the screen, and the cashier can focus on the in-cafe guests.

During a rush, when the cafe has a line of guests waiting to order, the cashier can focus 100% on them. Olo handles any incoming online and 3rd party delivery orders that may come in during the rush. This is by far, the biggest benefit of having Olo.
