Overall Satisfaction with ON24
We currently run a plethora of webinars which rotate weekly, and these are used to promote our different product types. In addition, we occasionally run quarterly release webinars which have our customers in mind, as opposed to prospects in the former.

- Seamless with Marketo.
- Allows a producer to sit in and answer questions.
- Customization of the UI.
- The UI's color palette.
- On demand support could be better.
Marketo. We're able to track converted members and therefore import this data into Salesforce, our CRM. This allows our marketing managers to follow up by email, and our sales reps to follow up via phone calls.

I prefer the integration that ON24 allows me within Marketo, to that of Zoom.
