Overall Satisfaction with ON24

It is being used to run fund update webinars in Australia and other webinars in the US. It is used by two marketing departments across one area of the business.
  • Easy to use platform
  • Easy to download registrants/attendees and reports
  • Easy to have multiple presenters on one webinar
  • More real-time support for Australia
  • It could be easier to set up/size the time difference widget windows in the presenter platform
  • I don’t like the on-demand webinar recording function as much as the live version. It stops recording audio between slides
ON24 is not integrated at the moment but we are looking to integrate it with Salesforce in the near future.
I haven’t had any issues with availability thus far.
  • It has decreased our webinar costs compared to our previous provider.
  • It had made it easier to run internal webinars now that both the US and Australian marketing teams use the same platform.
  • We were able to switch over to ON24 with minimal disruption to our clients.
It is well suited for running client webinars and also for internal staff webinars. As I mention, I didn’t like the on demand recording version due to audio issues experienced (it stopped recording in between slides). I would recommend recording the webinar in live mode and then releasing it as on demand to overcome this.
