Overall Satisfaction with ON24
We use ON24 across our entire organization, 4 product categories, and 4 divisions. ON24 takes our webinars above and beyond the traditional flat voice-over slides and makes it a dynamic experience. As exciting as the entire platform is, my favorite feature hands down is the on-demand recording. After the webinar is complete, you can watch the recorded video, ask live Q&A, take polls, and download resources anytime! It doesn't limit functionality.
Pros
- On-demand viewing, lose no functionality after it's over (live polls and Q&A capture fresh data for each viewer).
- The interactive console keeps the viewer engaged with your content and following your engagement paths.
Cons
- Pricing transparency in the purchasing process.
- Training is one of our top benefits. Using ON24 enabled us to not only function during the pandemic but to exceed previous expectations.
- Conduct lead scoring
We used other webinar platforms in the past, but upgrading to ON24 at the start of the pandemic was one of the best things we could've done. In a world of isolation, we created community and engaging virtual experiences.
ON24 offers a lot more in terms of reporting as well as audience experience. No downloads for presenters or audience members. More options for live, simulive, and pre-recorded webinars. All the functionality available in a live webinar (polls and Q&A) is still available in the recording.
Webinars are quick and simple to setup and run.
