Used by marketing for hosting webinars globally to target audiences.
- Full service webinar facility.
- Ability to brand webinar templates is good.
- Robust platform.
- Too complex. Other webinar providers have a much simpler interface.
- Not exactly intuitive to use. Fine if you are a 'pro' user, but too much head-scratching involved if you are not.
- Daylight saving time (GMT vs BST) is a pain in the rear and caused one of our webinars not to run. Just format the time as the local time on the day of the webinar - much simpler
- Good at TOF lead gen.
- Sort of helpful at engagement, but limited.
- Can't make link between webinar viewing and conversion to purchase.
Yes - Webinars have been vital in the last 12 months for marketing to and engaging with audiences in the light of all physical events having been stopped.
- Zoom
ON24 is the 'professionals' platform. BUT complex and not intuitive to use. On24 was selected before I joined the organisation. Out of choice, I would use Zoom Webinar - simpler, easier to use and does pretty much everything we need it to.
