Overall Satisfaction with ON24
ON24 is utilized across several divisions of our company as a webinar platform. Some of our clients also utilize ON24s content engagement center. The main reason we utilize this platform is to use content to generate leads.
- GDPR compliant registration form.
- Registration forms accommodate dynamic and custom questions.
- Attendee view is professional looking.
- Attendee questions cannot be edited or rearranged on the backend.
- The backend conference line isn't available until live day, so you have to use a different line to hold a training call.
- No background blur option for webcam events.
- I don't personally have insight to ROI.

We definitely saw an influx of digital events during the pandemic and utilized ON24 to produce more professional looking webinars and more detailed audience reporting than other platforms could provide.

ON24 has a higher price point and is less user-friendly, but provides better data, more branding opportunities, and a more professional looking product.
