Overall Satisfaction with ON24

We use ON24 to support our busy webinar programme at our company. Used for both internal/external webinars, ON24 supports the facilitation of around 6-7 webinars per week. We integrate the data and analytics from ON24 into our CRM tools to help support our Marketing and Sales teams across the business. ON24 has helped us provide engaging and attractive webinars to our audiences.

Our data generated from ON24 flows directly into Salesforce, which we have integrated through Marketo and ON24, and into our events dashboard which is able to demonstrate visually and in real time, the ROI of running our webinar programme. Once the data is in salesforce, we can then place opportunities into nurture programmes and take them through our lead generation funnel.
The biggest benefit we believe ON24's functionality offers, is the ability to store webinars on demand with no restrictions. Not many other virtual event providers in the market offer this functionality, and for us, this has impacted our ability to target prospects with our content for a longer lifecycle. There are still opportunities for ON24 to improve its functionality, especially when it comes to the actual presenting side of things (e.g. making the console simpler for presenters, allowing them to share their screen at the same time and showing their webcam).
ON24 are often innovating and releasing new features to help combat our business requirements. We recently subscribed to "Forums" which is really exciting for us as a business however, we sometimes find that often new exciting features does come with a price point unfortunately. However, this is to be expected.
ON24 Had better on demand viewing and storage functionality.
