Overall Satisfaction with ON24

I am leading the webinar organisations (promotions, setup, monitoring) for EMEA region. After 3 years experience, I am very familiar with the platform. We organised more than 200 customer focused webinars since we started only for our company. It is very easy to set up a webinar, create the registration page and front console. ON24 made some updates to their engagement tools, and they are very useful. Also, connecting via webcam to prerecorded + rollover setup was the most efficient update for me.

Yet, there are still some limitations on designing the event's registration page, front console and engagement hub design. They are improving the features, but there should be more options. Also, there is no video editing option on the platform. Although there is a small issue in the recordings or presentations, we need to reupload the content. Digital events are getting more popular and competitive every day. ON24 should synchronise with other main video platforms easily to increase its visibility. Additionally, it would be great to have some AI generated tools inside of the platform. I think it will change the whole experience to increase the quality of content and usability.

Moreover, ON24 has one of the best support teams anytime when we need it. They are always friendly and responsive. I would like to work with ON24 in the future, but we always need more updates on the platform to catch the fast-tracking improvements in the digital world.

We are especially interested with the Registration and attendee list details. Also, we can track where the registrations came from. It is very helpful for analyzing marketing stats. Other than that, we can see who asked which questions during the webinars. We collect all content related questions to use in our upcoming marketing campaigns.
I learned this platform at the time the coronavirus started to spread around the world. All of the face-to-face events were cancelled. The biggest difference in digital events started at that time for every business. Digital events were the biggest opportunities for us to engage with the customers. ON24 helps us to make it easier.
Actually, I didn't learn any extra solutions via ON24, but it supports our expectations of organising a webinar. The only problem is, there are more webinars everywhere, it is getting harder to get customers attention on joining to our webinars.
ON24 works well with the Marketo platform, we didn't have any issues.

ON24's support quality makes the biggest difference for me. They are always responsive and helpful for any issues. Also, now very familiar with the platform. It is especially one of the best virtual event platforms for enterprises and big companies. We plan to move more with ON24 in the following years.
