Overall Satisfaction with ON24

For demand generation - lots of webinars. Used for thought leadership and to connect with prospective customers/clients.
  • Easy to use interface.
  • Very little tech problems. easy to connect for producers and presenters.
  • Easily accessible backend reporting.
  • Great customer service.
  • Storyboard. Lately, I have to minimize the window to be able to drag the storyboard and see it. Used to not have this issue.
  • More leads - makes sales people happy.
  • Increased engagement.
We integrate ON24 with the Marketing Automation Platform. Makes it very easy to keep data in our CRM and makes it easy for salespeople to go in and follow up quickly with leads post-webinar.
The ON24's new features and intuitive interfaces inspire us to optimize our webinar templates and give the audience and the presenters an easy experience. Modernization is always our goal; it's been helpful to be able to make small updates each time and optimize our webinar experience.

ON24 is one of the best and easiest platform to use for webinars. I used to use Zoom or Webex and it did not have the same capabilities, and brough it a lot more tech issues. I like that in ON24 if you accidently exit out of the webinar, it doesn't mean the webinar ends, unlike in other platforms. If there are tech problems, its also great to be able to call in. The interface is easy to use and easy for presenters and producers to navigate. I like that the webinars automatically record, you don't have to press an extra button to record which is one less thing to worry about. Unlike other platforms where you'd have to remember to do that. Customer service is also great, always willing to help. Service is quick
