Overall Satisfaction with OneCause

Every year, we host an online auction where members in our network donate products and services, that will count towards their annual membership. This acts as the largest fundraiser we host each year for 1% for the planet because all of the money raised goes directly to us. OneCause helps us streamline the process and reduce some of the manual labor involved.
  • customer sevice
  • mobile bidding
  • larger photos for items in an auction/ different page layout so its easier to see and click into each item.
  • more integrations- less manual work
  • easier user interface- sometimes very clunky and hard to navigate through
  • ability to connect donors and winning bidders directly through the platform
  • Increased funding through mobile bidding- much more bids
Navigating the backend was tricky sometimes and items that I would look for were never where I thought they would be. I could never remember the settings were and where I needed to go to change them. I know it was also challenging for our Brand and Marketing team to customize the banners, images, and text to be more brand-aligned. I think they had a hard time getting all of that into formats that worked and looked good on the site. The photo upload feature for the auction again was a real challenge and really consumed a lot of our time.
Every single time I had a question for OneCause support, they were both efficient and incredibly helpful. Our customer success manager, Patrick Irish, was responsive and if he did not know the answer, he would pass us promptly on to the support team.
We used front stream/ bidding for good for our past auctions and OneCause was definitely an improvement. It helped us automate some of the processes and work faster. One feature that made a huge difference for us was being able to mass upload items into the platform. We used a submission form to track all submissions and donations so it was nice being able to just import them all at once rather than one by one. This saved us hours of work. Mobile bidding and interface [were] also far beyond the capacity that bidding for good had, which I think allowed us to generate more and higher bids.

Yes

Yes

Did implementation of OneCause go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy OneCause again?

Yes

Was good for running an auction and I really liked the mobile bidding feature, which I think helped greatly increase the total number of bids we received this year. I really did not like the photo upload functionality on OneCause, almost all of our donors submitted 4 photos, and the process of uploading each individual link was incredibly time-consuming and tedious. It was also hard to tell if you had uploaded it correctly.
