Overall Satisfaction with OneCause
We use OneCause for event planning and management. We host an events with ticket sales, donations, and auctions (live and silent). OneCause makes it easy. OneCause is very user-friendly and when I don't know how to do something, their training videos and websites are very helpful as is customer service when I need a little more help! We've used OneCause for over a decade and I've been working with it for the past three years for our event planning. We've had events where OneCause provided support persons and equipment and we've had events that were completely DIY. As the event is approaching and ending, I use OneCause multiple times a day to track progress and do post-event reports. Our most recent experience with OneCause was for a golf tournament (a new event for us) and integration and implementation was easy and seamless!
