Overall Satisfaction with OnPage
We use OnPage for on-call alerting after hours and on weekends. This addresses any issues our company faces regarding after-hours alerting and other specific cases where we may need to have someone on our staff alerted of an issue after our typical working hours. The scope includes 10+ users, and the assigned user is rotated weekly but this can easily be changed using the built-in OnPage features.
- Ease of editing an on-call schedule
- Consistent alerting, without fail
- App is easy to use
- The UI could seriously use a facelift to bring it to modern design standards
- autotask integrated ticket notes should include the newest note, not only the ticket description
- Wider range of ringtones, most are grating. Perhaps the ability to add our own.

- Allowed even split of on-call duties between agents
