Overall Satisfaction with Optimizely Content Management System
We needed a user-friendly CMS and e-commerce site that can easily be scaled to enable personalization and marketing automation. We recently migrated a segment of our website to Optimizely as a test - the team is finding the platform easy to use and anticipates it will enable us to develop more in-house experiments without as many outsourced development requirements. We've also just turned on ODP to get ready for segmentation and personalization.

We have just started Optimizely data platform and will operationalise Optimizely Content Marketing Platform soon.

It took us 6 months to get a segment of our website (including commerce) up and running on Optimizely. This includes UX design, development, content authoring, and UAT, but does not including operatioanlizing ODP, product recommendation engine, and content personalization.
