Overall Satisfaction with Oracle CX Content (discontinued)
Oracle CM is handling the planning of content drops and automation for our exhibitors. It's one of the few tools we use to keep our buyers abreast of new products each showroom has before any of the upcoming markets. It's currently being used by 2 teams within the business, where one team facilitates the strategy and the other team implements. Oracle CM addresses the communication gap between product trends and traffic that has long plagued DMC.
- The devotion and communication of both the account managers and the support staff has been excellent.
- Highly customizable.
- The dev team is constantly expanding on the features.
- Adding images have proved to be difficult at times.
- Everyone had their own plan and executed them without taking into consideration the impact of another ongoing project. Compendium has created communication between teams that were not communicating before.
