Overall Satisfaction with Oracle HCM Cloud

The entire organization. HR, Finance, and Supply Chain.

Recently went live and can't say which business problems it's addressed just yet. Still working on stabilizing and understanding the system.

Implementation could have been better, but this could be due to our consultant. I wish we would have been trained ahead of time, instead of training while implementing, and making decisions without knowing the downstream effects of those decisions.

  • Simple interface for employees/managers to understand
  • Number of steps needed to complete a task
  • Standard HR processes that don't seem to be in the delivered product.
  • Since we just went live, we're still working on this. Looking into how reporting, data analytics, and dashboards can help our managers and above.
Better than UltiPro. Similar to Lawson/Infor. Not as robust as Workday.
Workflows could be more configurable. Some of them group a bunch of tasks together. We don't want an approval workflow for everything in the group.
