Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Java SE Subscription

Oracle Java SE Subscription is used throughout the sales department I am in as well as all the other departments at our organization and provides back-end support to our entire team. Our entire server benefits from the subscription's Java security updates. It helps our organization out immensely with its security protections and support base.

  • The user interface is intricate and confusing at times
  • Reduces some of our IT expenses

  • Provides high level of consistent support
Oracle Java SE Subscription and Firebase both have great development kits. Oracle has a much larger support base and backing, so it seemed like the smarter choice to invest in. Python IDLE had lower subscription fees. Again, Oracle is well known and seamlessly works with all of our other Oracle products, so it was worth it for slightly pricier fees.
I gave such a high rating because Oracle has a large support base and consistently provides an efficient experience. Their assistance is always readily available. Any of our technical issues are quickly resolved either the same day or within the following day. Any type of bug or coding issue is always repaired quickly as well.
