Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Siebel CRM

It is being used by the entire department to manage citizenship and immigration for Canada.

Pros

  • Excellent scalability to support a large number of users.
  • Very stable.
  • Responsive engineering team.
  • Excellent performance.

Cons

  • Improve migration process.
  • Update training material to reflect newer versions of Siebel.
  • Increased speed of processing requests for citizenship.
We decided on Siebel for the excellent depth of functionality, scalability, and support for multiple languages.
It is well-suited for case management for large enterprises.
