Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

We are a small to medium size company and use it primarily for payroll. As the head of HR, it is extremely beneficial and easy to use. My payroll rep. is very easy to work with and I have not had any issues with her. I do wish that changing payroll reps would not occur as often as it has, because the new rep. has to learn about us all over again, but otherwise that is my only issue.

Pros

  • Payroll is Easy
  • Payroll Rep. is great to work with
  • Lays out the paycheck clearly to employees

Cons

  • Less changing of payroll reps
  • My employees don't complain as much as they did with our previous payroll company
  • ADP Resource (Discontinued)
Had problems on a weekly basis with checks getting messed up when we worked with ADP Resource. Now I do not have that problem and headache.

The whole setup process takes awhile, but once set up and practiced a few times, it is easy to get the hang of how it works.
